Wednesday, March 9th from 6:00PM-8:00PM at the Wachusett Brew Yard at Worcester Public Market
Kerry & Tommy Dwyer of @charcuteriewoo will co-host this fun and delicious ST. PATRICK’S DAY THEMED workshop with Smith’s Cheese Shop and Wachusett Brew Co.! The workshop will include background information on the selected local cheeses and advanced tips and tricks that you can use to create your board.
Included in the price of the ticket is the palm leaf board, a mini cheese spreader, and all the ingredients–artisanal, local cheeses, charcuterie, fruits, accoutrements, step-by-step instruction for the arrangement…PLUS a beer from Wachusett Brewing Yard (and you get to keep the glass!).
