Nothing Beats Farm-Fresh Milk: Taste the Difference!

We proudly carry two farm fresh options for you--pasteurized and raw whole milk. On bottling days, we only use milk fresh from the morning milking from our Holstein herd.

Pasteurized Milk

  • Our pasteurized whole milk is non-homogenized, so the cream naturally rises to the top, creating a traditional milk experience that is ideal for drinking, coffee, baking, and homemade dairy recipes. Shake well before enjoying.

  • We currently bottle our standard offerings every other week.
  • Shelf-life: 17 days from bottling
  • Pricing:
    • Plain Milk: $6.49/half-gallon glass bottle, $2.25/pint plastic bottle
    • Chocolate Milk: $6.99/half-gallon glass bottle, $2.75/pint plastic bottle
    • CLEAN glass bottles will be bought back for $1.50 each (will not take dirty bottles back). Dishwasher is preferred

Raw Milk

  • As of spring 2026, we are officially licensed by the state of MA and the Town of Winchendon to sell Raw milk on our farm!
  • WHY RAW MILK?

Raw cow’s milk from our dairy farm offers a fresh, farm-to-table experience that many customers appreciate for its rich flavor, natural cream content, and minimal processing. Raw milk is NOT PASTEURIZED. Additionally, because our milk is also not homogenized, the cream naturally rises to the top, creating a traditional milk experience that is ideal for drinking, coffee, baking, and homemade dairy recipes. Many customers also value raw milk for its naturally occurring enzymes and beneficial bacteria that may help support digestion and gut health. In addition, people enjoy supporting local family farms and knowing exactly where their food comes from.

We bottle fresh raw milk every Saturday morning and offer it for sale at our cheese shop in reusable glass half-gallon bottles for $6.00 each. To help reduce waste and encourage sustainability, we gladly buy back CLEAN glass bottles for $1.50 each. Bottles must be thoroughly cleaned or they will be rejected.

  • Raw milk is not pasteurized. Pasteurization destroys organisms that may be harmful to human health.
