Charcuterie Workshop

Monday, October 25th from 6:00PM-8:00PM at Worcester Public Market

Kerry & Tommy Dwyer of @charcuteriewoo will co-host this fun and delicious workshop with Smith’s Cheese Shop! The workshop will include background information on the selected local cheeses and advanced tips and tricks that you can use to create your board.

Included in the price of the ticket is the palm leaf board all the ingredients–artisanal, local cheeses, charcuterie, fruits, accoutrements, step-by-step instruction for the arrangement…PLUS a wine flight from local wineries!

*must be 21 years old or older to attend.
